Invitation of bids vide letter no. ARDC-SAM/ADM/32G/2021-2022/491 dated 6 January 2022 which was supposed to open today on 17 January 2022 couldn’t be executed due to “24 hours blackout” in 14 Dzongkhags as announced by the Prime Minister’s Office on 16 January 2022, followed by a notification from the Office of Incident Commander, Sarpang vide letter no. SD-COVID-19/07/21-22/ 3937 for 72 hours blackout period in Sarpang.
In this regard, the management would like to notify the bidders that the tender would be opened after the office resumes.
