  1. The Royal Government of Bhutan intends to apply for financing from the World Bank toward the cost of Accelerate Bhutan’s Job Transformation through Renewable Natural Resource Value Chains (P506825) to be implemented by PMU, MoAL, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contracts for Construction of Access Roads and Bridges.
  2. The PMU, MoAL now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Hiring of Toyota Hilux for RNR Jobs Project Office to be provided to PMU Office, Thimphu. The period for providing services is as per the work order and margin of preference shall not apply.
  3. Bidding will be conducted through Request for Quotation (RFQ) following National market approach as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, Sixth Edition, February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
  4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from PMU through email at sherubg@moal.gov.bt and inspect the bidding document during office hours (0900 to 1700 hours) at the address given below
