- The RNR Jobs Project under the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MoAL) invites the sealed Bids from eligible and qualified Bidders (W3 Medium National Contractors) for the Construction of SMART Protected Structure for Rapid Multiplication of Potato Tuber Seeds through Root Apical Cutting at Phobjikha, Wangdue Phodrang.
- Bidding will be conducted through Request for Bids (RFB) following National market approach as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, Sixth Edition, February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.

The bids shall be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below on 16 November 2026 at 1430 Hours.
