The RNR Jobs Office under the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MoAL) hereby invites Expression of Interest (EoI) from the eligible consulting firm to conduct a Baseline Survey.
Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services in terms of Experience in relevant assignments, Contextual knowledge of the assignment and Technical and managerial capability of the firm.
The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to paragraphs 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, February 2025” (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.

The consultant will be selected following the Consultant’s Qualification Based Selection (CQS) method of the World Bank Procurement Regulations.
EoI needs to be submitted (either through e-mail or in person or by mail) to the following address by 15:00 hours on or before May 07, 2026. Please clearly mention “EoI for Selection of Consultant to conduct baseline survey in the e-mail’s subject line or on the top of the envelope.
The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EoIs without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
