4th Oct 2023, Thimphu: Led by Dasho Chairperson, Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC), sensitization programme on BCSR 2023 was conducted at the MoAL Conference Hall.
From the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MoAL), Dasho Secretary, Heads of Departments, Specialist and Chief Division attended the programme in person while civil service from the field offices attended virtually.
