19 August, Thimphu: The RNR Family is pleased to welcome Karma as the new Chief of the Information and Communication Technology Division (ICTD), Directorate Services.
Prior to the appointment, he served as the Deputy Chief ICT Officer at the National Assembly Secretariat. He joined the civil service in 2008 and worked for various divisions under the Ministry of Finance until 2019.
