Interested national qualified Universities/Institutes/Consulting Firms are invited to submit “Proposal (Technical & Financial)” to carry out “Development of M&E System” and an “Online projects/programs’ Dashboard” for MoAF’. The proposal should include organization’s profile, experiences, details of qualified in-house and proposed team for carrying out the assignment and necessary official documents. The proposal should be emailed to Karpo Dukpa at karpo@bpvbhutan.com no later than 4 PM (BST) on 6th September 2021. Late submission will not be accepted.
The assignment duration is 2 calendar months and is intended to commence second week of September 2021. The expected deliverables are (1) Inception Report including methodology and workplan scheduling, (2) presentation of Inception Plan to PPD, MoAF, (3) Monthly Interim Progress Updates; (4) Draft and Final Reports.
This assignment will be managed by DAI Brussels and will contribute to the European Union funded project titled: Technical Assistance for Renewable Natural Resources and Climate Change Response and Local Governments and Decentralisation-BHUTAN (EU-TACS).
