𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 𝟐𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟒: During his field visit to the Tsirang District, the Hon’ble Sanam Lyonpo met with the officials of the Tsirang District Administration today.
Addressing the audience, the Hon’ble Lyonpo provided updates on important developments such as the 13th Five Year Plan (FYP) formulation and the resource mobilization drive to implement the plan. The Hon’ble Lyonpo underscored the crucial role of the local government in implementing and realizing the objectives outlined in the draft 13th FYP.
Later in the evening, the Hon’ble Sanam Lyonpo also met with the Agriculture and Livestock Extension Staff of the district. During the meeting, Lyonpo shared the ministry’s ambitious target of increasing GDP contribution to Nu. 50 billion by 2029. Stressing the importance of every staff member in the district in reaching these targets, Sanam Lyonpo encouraged them to embrace their enhanced roles. Lyonpo also commended them for their service thus far, and expressed expectation of renewed commitment and dedication moving forward.
