First Call for the EoI for Productive Partnerships under the RNR Jobs Project
- The RNR Jobs Office, Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MoAL), invites eligible Producer Organizations (POs) and Agribusinesses (Offtakers/Buyers) to submit Expressions of Interest (EoIs) for business ideas under the Productive Partnership (PP).
- Interested applicants need to register with the Project and can receive in-person or online EoI workshops organized by the Project.

- All EoIs will be screened against the approved EoI screening criteria.
- The EoI call opens on 15 October 2026. Interested applicants may submit their EoIs by email, in person, or by post to the address below. The submission window is stated as three months, from 15 October 2026 to 15 January 2027; however, the final submission deadline is 13:00 hours on 15 January 2027. Applicants must clearly indicate “Expression of Interest (EoI) for Productive Partnership” in the email subject line or on the envelope.
- The project will review submitted EoIs on a monthly basis, starting 15 November until 15 January 2027. The outcome of the EoI review will be communicated through the MoAL website.
- Interested applicants are advised to refer to paragraphs 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers, February 2025, concerning the World Bank’s policy on conflicts of interest.
- The RNR Jobs Office reserves the right to accept or reject any or all EoIs without assigning any reason.
