This is to notify all bidders that due to the current situation of lockdown in Thimphu, the bids for the Design, Supply and Installation of PV Solar system for Phibsoo Wildlife Sanctuary will be received via email before the deadline specified in the bid document.
In this regard, we have made the following changes for the purpose of timely submission:
- Bids (with password protected) should be submitted before the deadline via email to gemtsheringbhu@gmail.com
- The form of Bid security has been changed to Bid-Securing Declaration which can be downloaded from the link given below. Bidders who have not submitted the Bid- Securing Declaration will be considered as non-responsive.
