Note:
- The applicants must have leadership potential & Situational judgement test results administered by the RCSC.
- The applicants should have a minimum of ‘Very Good’ for both performance and potential assessment for recent two appraisal years.
iii. The placement of the selected candidates shall be based on merit ranking.
- The vacant Dzongkhags will be re-prioritised by HRD in consultation with the technical Department if the number of applications is less than the number of vacancies announced and placement of the selected candidates will be based on reprioritised Dzongkhags.
