The Policy and Planning Division (PPD), with the valuable support of the respective departmental plan focal officers, is pleased to share the Final Annual Progress Report for FY 2024–25.
This report holds particular significance as it marks the first step towards the realization of our ambitious 13th Five Year Plan (FYP) goals. It serves as a key milestone in:
- Understanding the issues and challenges encountered during the initial phase of the 13th Plan implementation.
- Identifying better pathways and strategies for the future to ensure the realization of the 13th FYP targets.
- Measuring our annual performance, thereby enabling timely interventions and course corrections.

Prepared as the Annual Monitoring and Evaluation Report of the PPD for FY 2024–25, it will serve as an important reference, keeping us abreast of the progress made each year and guiding us towards the successful achievement of the Ministry’s strategic objectives under the 13th Plan.
