ADDENDUM No.2

The RNR Jobs Office under the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MoAL) hereby issues an Addendum No.2 to the Request for Bids (RFB) for the Construction of Propagation House for the Multiplication of Citrus Rootstock, Grafted Seedlings, and

Laboratory for Shoot Tip Grafting to Produce Disease-Free Seedlings, which was published on 24th February 2026 on the MoAL website.

Please be informed on the amendment to the Bid as follows:

  1. Please be informed that the Section I & 3 (Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Technical Specifications) under Section VII-Works’ Requirement is revised as in the document. Revised-BoQ.pdf (1 download )
  2. With the revision in BOQ, ITB clauses 22.1 (Bid Submission) and 25.1 (Public Bid Opening) is amend
