The RNR Jobs Office under the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MoAL) hereby issues an Addendum to the Request for Bids (RFB) for the Construction of Propagation House for the Multiplication of Citrus Rootstock, Grafted Seedlings, and Laboratory for Shoot Tip Grafting to Produce Disease-Free Seedlings, which was published on 24th February 2026 on the MoAL website.
Please be informed that ITB Clause 42.1 (rr) under Section II – Bid Data Sheet (BDS), the term “Best Bid Price” shall be considered as follows:
Having calculated average bid price, the bid price closest, but less than average will be considered as the Best Bid Price.
